What a great day to be a Mustang! Today was our first official all staff day back in the buildings. Staff started off with breakfast being provided by our administrators and business office admin assistant — which followed by a district message from School Board President Katie Coari and Superintendent Weber. The rest of the day was filled with trainings and meetings. We can’t wait for the school year to start and get students back in the buildings. See you all on Tuesday at Open House in both buildings from 4pm-7pm.

We are SO excited to introduce to you all our newest Mustang staff members to our Brookwood Family!! We can't wait to start this new school year with them! You may recognize a few of these faces too… as a couple are returning and/or subbed for us in the past! We are so #MustangProud to introduce them to YOU!

If you haven’t registered your student yet or need help in doing so — please attend our on-site registration happening NOW at BMS until 7pm. Registration is required for ALL students in both buildings!!

We were proud to host Jelly Roll and his team yesterday at Brookwood Middle School. He stopped by to play some hoops in our gym before his show at Country Thunder and we were honored to support his mission for physical fitness. It was a great moment, and we welcomed him with a custom Brookwood jersey.

We waited on this one to get some feedback from our students from 3D Art....how are your mugs holding up?
3D Art students had a hot cocoa party towards the end of the school year to test if the ceramic mugs they constructed would hold liquid and we are happy to report, no one's cup had a leak! Enjoy the photos from the end of our ceramic unit, one of our favorite days.

A little flashback to a final project on the novel "Hoot" where students worked collaboratively on this past school year with Mrs. Coggins in english language arts!
